About unloader valve repair kits
Unloader valves vent the compressor output once system pressure is reached, letting the compressor run without loading.
When to replace
Constant hissing at the unloader, pressure that won't build, or a compressor that never unloads are the usual signs.
What's in the kit
Unloader kits include valves, seals, springs and O-rings for the units listed. All 7 unloader valves lines are manufactured by Pitchline Engineering in an ISO 9001 environment in Pinetown and supplied from our Pinetown branch across South Africa.

What is the difference between a governor and an unloader?
The governor senses pressure and sends the signal; the unloader acts on it to vent compressor output.
