About circuit protection valve repair kits
Multi-circuit protection valves split the air system into separate circuits so a failure in one does not drain the others, keeping braking available.
When to replace
Uneven pressure between circuits, slow charging of a circuit or air leaking at the valve indicate worn internal seals and springs.
What's in the kit
Kits include valve seats, seals, O-rings and springs for the four-circuit and multi-circuit protection valves listed. All 25 protection valves lines are manufactured by Pitchline Engineering in an ISO 9001 environment in Pinetown and supplied from our Pinetown branch across South Africa.

What does a four-circuit protection valve do?
It divides compressed air into separate circuits and protects pressure in the healthy circuits if one circuit fails.
Why is one air circuit slow to fill?
A sticking or worn protection valve element is a common cause; a repair kit restores the opening pressure.
