About hand brake valve repair kits
Hand control valves let the driver apply the parking brake and, on combinations, the trailer brakes independently.
When to replace
A park brake that won't hold or release, air leaking from the lever or a stiff handle point to worn seals inside the hand valve.
What's in the kit
Hand valve kits cover cam parts, seals, O-rings and valves for park and trailer hand control valves. All 39 hand valves lines are manufactured by Pitchline Engineering in an ISO 9001 environment in Pinetown and supplied from our Pinetown branch across South Africa.
Hand Valves questions
Why does my parking brake hand valve leak air?
Worn internal seals or valves cause leaks at the lever; a hand valve repair kit replaces them.
Is the hand valve linked to spring brakes?
