Yes. Send a drawing or sample with the quantity and material, and the team will review it and ask any technical questions needed for a quote.

Which industries does Pitchline supply?
Automotive, mining, textile, medical, bottling, road marking, food and beverage, leisure, chemical, sugar and general engineering.

Can Pitchline reverse-engineer a worn part?
Yes. Replacement spares and gears are regularly reverse-engineered from worn samples.
What is the largest component Pitchline can machine?
Turning up to Ø 310mm x 1m long, milling up to 1000 x 500 x 400mm, and surface grinding up to 1200 x 600mm.
Does Pitchline supply customers outside KwaZulu-Natal?
Yes. Pitchline supplies precision components across South Africa; everything is manufactured at the Pinetown factory.
Can one part go through several processes?
Yes. Turning, milling, grinding, gear cutting, rubber moulding and welding all happen in the same factory, so multi-process parts stay under one roof.
